“今天，这个班组已开展第4项作业了。”株洲供电公司带电作业中心刘杰告诉记者，不停电作业中心有3组28人，负责株洲市区的配网带电作业。入夏以来，队员24小时待命，每组每天要进行3到4次带电作业，搭接电线、更换破损“瓷瓶”、处理发热线夹等各种工作，经常从早上忙到天黑。
