5月19日，在第三届湖南旅发大会新闻发布会上，以“火神祝融”为原型创作的吉祥物“火出圈”公布。本届湖南旅发大会以“火”文化为核心，“璀璨星火”“文旅热火”“湘传薪火”“文化‘峰’火”“人间烟火”“五岳圣火”等6个配套活动用“火”文化融贯起来。
在中华民族的古老传说中，祝融被尊称为“火神”。衡阳的南岳衡山地处长江以南、为中华五岳之一，据《水经注》记载，此地是祝融施行火政、管理南方事务的地方。至今，衡山最高峰被称为“祝融峰”，峰顶的寺庙叫“祝融殿”，里面供奉着“南岳圣帝”祝融。
近年来，衡阳坚持发挥优势、创新形式，搭建祝融小镇、天子山火文化园等多个载体，着力打造祝融“火”文化IP，不断提升“火”文化的影响力和吸引力，让“火”文化真正成为衡阳的一张代表名片。（来源：华声在线）

According to the“Shui Jing Zhu”, this is the place where Zhu Rong practiced the fire policy and managed the affairs in the south. Nowadays the highest peak of Hengshan Mountain is called“Zhu Rong Peak”, and the temple at the top of the peak is called“Zhu Rong Hall”, which enshrines Zhu Rong, the“Sacred Emperor of Nanyue”.
In recent years, Hengyang has utilized its advantages and innovative forms to build Zhu Rong town, Tianzi Mountain Fire Culture Park and so on. Hengyang creates Zhu Rong“fire” culture IP, and constantly improves the influence and attractiveness of the “fire” culture, so that“fire” culture has really become a representative business card of the city.
