近日，郴州桂阳县公交车驾驶员朱林宜驾驶公交车时，发现路边一台小车着火。危急时刻，朱林宜果断将公交车停靠在安全处，一边向乘客说明原因，一边迅速提起车上的灭火器朝小车奔去。
朱林宜准确找到起火位置，熟练拔去灭火器保险销，按下压把对准火焰根部进行喷射。一个灭火器用完了，火苗还没有扑灭，他又返回公交车上再次拿起了灭火器。不久后，消防队员赶到现场，对失火小车进行了彻底扑救。
这已是今年朱师傅第二次见义勇为。今年1月5日，朱林宜在上班途中见一辆三轮车发生自燃，他同样冲锋上前，帮助车主扑灭了车上的火苗。（来源：央视新闻）
