中国人民银行湖南省分行与国家外汇管理局湖南省分局联合发布《外籍来湘人员支付服务指南》，针对银行卡、现金、移动、数字人民币支付四类支付方式作出详细攻略，让外籍来湘人员充分感受到支付优化所发生的变化和畅行支付的便捷。
