攀岩爱好者在参与攀岩活动前，一定要选择获得《高危险性体育项目经营许可证》并按要求配足攀岩社会体育指导员的攀岩场（馆）。开始攀岩前，一定要佩戴好安全保护装备，并在攀岩社会体育指导员的指导下进行训练和活动。（来源：新湖南）
