周鑫宇今年24岁，是一名来自湖南岳阳的小伙，曾当过2年海军，退伍后在北海一家水产公司工作。4月30日晚，他在广西北海金滩偶遇一名15岁女孩落水，从五米高的海景栈道上跳下，在海面上推行十几分钟将其推上海岸救起。

“我刚跳下去的时候其实心里没底，但是我抓到她把她扶上救生圈之后，我就觉得我一定可以把她救上去，我跟她说话我在鼓励她其实我也在鼓励自己，我也在跟自己说加油。”周鑫宇说到。当时，一位热心大叔从海滩处迎面走进海里过来接应，两人一起将女孩推上了岸。一站在海滩上，周鑫宇就感觉到自己腿都软了，缓了半天才回过神，随之而来的就是兴奋，他拿出手机给自己拍了一段视频，视频中他摸了一把湿淋淋的头发，兴奋地说：“救上来了！”还给自己比了个大拇指。

“When I first jumped in I actually didn't have an idea what to do, but after I caught her and helped her up to the life preserver I felt like I could definitely get her up there, and I was talking to her and encouraging her. In fact I was encouraging myself, and I was telling myself to go for it as well.”Zhou said. At that time, a warm-hearted uncle walked into the sea, and the two together pushed the girl to shore.Back on the beach, Zhou felt his legs were soft, calmed down for a while, and then he felt excited, he took out his cell phone to shoot a video for himself, in the video he touched his wet hair, said excitedly,“Saved!”And also gave himself a thumbs up.
